Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Teodoro Reese came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by University Place FC's Freddie Brewster. But to his dismay, Freddie Brewster quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Russ Cuevas hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute of the match Jermaine Lemons shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teodoro Reese showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the match, University Place FC's Winford Patrick sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodoro Reese narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Winford Patrick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Reese having to interfere. Freddie Brewster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Teodoro Reese tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benedict Manning kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Sheppard in the 22nd minute of play forced University Place FC's goalkeeper Jim Lassiter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddie Brewster struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Teodoro Reese didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for University Place FC. If Winford Patrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jim Lassiter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francesco Sheppard's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Antoine Lehman hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Francesco Sheppard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akatsuki FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francesco Sheppard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Douglas Pugh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jim Lassiter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Freddie Brewster to make the kick off. Teodoro Reese made an important save on a dangerous shot by Winford Patrick in the 53rd minute. Teodoro Reese didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 55th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddie Brewster in the 58th minute of play forced Akatsuki FC's goalkeeper Teodoro Reese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to University Place FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Reed Kay hit a great ball. If Francesco Sheppard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddie Brewster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Reese having to interfere. Akatsuki FC's Teodoro Reese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddie Brewster in the 75th minute of play. Douglas Pugh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim Lassiter having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, University Place FC's Freddie Brewster sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodoro Reese narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Douglas Pugh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jim Lassiter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Douglas Pugh put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Jim Lassiter. Teodoro Reese made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Winford Patrick sent off a good shot on target.
