Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rouses Point FC's Bill Godfrey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rouses Point FC's Rodrick Jaramillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Tinsley in the 9th minute of play. Rodrick Jaramillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Sands in the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Rouses Point FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Tinsley came free, but Rodrick Jaramillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sam Guinn kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Omar Sands got in the 16th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Rodrick Jaramillo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Wilfredo Dickerson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bill Godfrey in the 17th minute of play. Bill Godfrey was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 18th minute. Rouses Point FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ted Tinsley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Rodrick Jaramillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Rouses Point FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Will Owens hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Dane Holmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Omar Sands fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrick Jaramillo having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Rouses Point FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Guinn to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 35 minutes, Bill Godfrey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rouses Point FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bill Godfrey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th minute, Omar Sands got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Cushing AFC booed when Rouses Point FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duke Bravo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ted Tinsley came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Cushing AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Tinsley couldn't finish the play. Dane Holmes scored 1-0 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilfredo Dickerson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ted Tinsley made a kick off. Wilfredo Dickerson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bill Godfrey, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Rodrick Jaramillo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 60 minutes into the match, Dane Holmes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilfredo Dickerson. Cushing AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dane Holmes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 67 minutes into the match, Cushing AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bill Godfrey came free, but Wilfredo Dickerson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cushing AFC's Luther Begay got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute, Guy Noble hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dane Holmes in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Dickerson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergio Bender during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes Cushing AFC got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Bender. Bill Godfrey took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfredo Dickerson. Wilfredo Dickerson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Luther Begay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Omar Sands received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Rodrick Jaramillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dane Holmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Bender kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Bill Godfrey notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Cushing AFC's Wilfredo Dickerson. Wilfredo Dickerson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rouses Point FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cushing AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
