An unexpectedly hard shot by Leroy Akers in the 11th minute of play forced Raynham FC's goalkeeper Casey Fuentes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 12 minutes, Noah Turner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polson's supporters crossed their fingers, but Noah Turner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leroy Akers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casey Fuentes having to interfere. Sheldon Fontenot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Casey Fuentes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leroy Akers's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. In the 43rd match minute, Raynham FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Billy Dolan to maneuver through the defense. Casey Fuentes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Derek Dupre, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leroy Akers was the one to do the kick off. In the 63rdth minute of the game Gerardo Coats who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Polson's Sheldon Fontenot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute Leonard Cabourne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sheldon Fontenot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Damon Arellano fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Raynham FC's protests and gave Damon Arellano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Raynham FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Damon Arellano hit a great ball. If Gerardo Coats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Coats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casey Fuentes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Colin Kruse, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Shannon Winter might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sheldon Fontenot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shannon Winter ran back to his position shaking his head. If Leonard Cabourne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Raynham FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Polson for much of the match.
