In the 12th match minute, MTZ Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Valle to maneuver through the defense. Colby Langley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nick Butcher in the 23rd minute of the match. When Drew Garner came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the MTZ Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Drew Garner couldn't finish the play. Scotty Owens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MTZ Football Club's Drew Garner got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute of the match, Leonardo Zapata tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Colby Langley saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When MTZ Football Club's Scotty Owens in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Penn Hills AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Colby Langley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Scotty Owens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Scotty Owens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Drew Garner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colby Langley having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roscoe Rosen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Penn Hills AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Drew Garner came free, but Colby Langley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Drew Garner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colby Langley having to interfere. After having played for 61 minutes, Scotty Owens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MTZ Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Scotty Owens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Penn Hills AFC's Colby Langley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Zapata in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Drew Garner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Colby Langley was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Colby Langley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Drew Garner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colby Langley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Zapata in the 77th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Drew Garner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MTZ Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scotty Owens in the 86th minute of play forced Penn Hills AFC's goalkeeper Colby Langley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Zapata might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Colby Langley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonardo Zapata ran back to his position shaking his head. Drew Garner struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Colby Langley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MTZ Football Club. A collision led to MTZ Football Club getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ted Valle hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Penn Hills AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Scotty Owens came free, but Colby Langley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. MTZ Football Club had played much better football throughout.
