In the 81st minute, Wallace Goodrich fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jimmy Dietz, passed just outside the right post. Wallace Goodrich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jimmy Dietz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Cristopher Crusher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jack Perdue's late challenge caught a Lockney FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jack Perdue helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to The Village FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Jack Perdue hit a great ball. Brian Bautista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Jacobsen having to interfere. Ahmed Flint made in the 96th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lockney FC's Clay Thompson. The Village FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
