The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jon Matson made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Iona's zone, Jon Matson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claude Conrad came out of the goal and Jon Matson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claude Conrad made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Terence Beckman sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Parsons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the game, Daniel Parsons cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dillon Estes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Terence Beckman took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claude Conrad. Claude Conrad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Judd during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th minute, Tomas Judd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Suquamish AFC's Reynaldo DeJesus shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 22nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Claude Conrad but with some difficulty. The crowd rose to their feet as Suquamish AFC's Jon Matson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claude Conrad. That made the score 2-1 after 23 minutes of play. Reynaldo DeJesus hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Claude Conrad made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Terence Beckman sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Garret Fulton during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Suquamish AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Garret Fulton hit a great ball. Claude Conrad made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Terence Beckman sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the game, Leif Bravo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suquamish AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iona the free kick. 43 minutes into the game, Jon Matson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Claude Conrad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Parsons to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon Matson in the 57th minute of play forced Iona's goalkeeper Claude Conrad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 played minutes Suquamish AFC got a freekick which was hit by Kris Hobbs. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Daniel Parsons managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iona's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Parsons was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dillon Estes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Kenny Burgos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Terence Beckman notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Iona's Claude Conrad. Claude Conrad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terence Beckman in the 74th minute of play forced Iona's goalkeeper Claude Conrad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leif Bravo was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Suquamish AFC's Leif Bravo got a free kick in the 76th minute. Daniel Parsons's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Dillon Estes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 79 minutes into the match, Daniel Parsons dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dillon Estes, 4-2. In the 86th minute, Rashad Gibson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Parsons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Many of Iona's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Iona may have spent more time on the ball, but Suquamish AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
