Spectators: 6750 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Monty Hoskins got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, ATL United's goal looked a bit too open when Bryce Lopes came free, but Errol Sinclair reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taylor Calderwood's late challenge caught a ATL United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Taylor Calderwood helped the player get up and apologised. Taylor Calderwood kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Fletcher Collins made a great header on ATL United's corner, it was just that Othello's Dario Bean managed to reach the ball for a save. Bryce Lopes charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bryce Lopes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Othello getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Bryce Lopes hit a great ball. Errol Sinclair took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bryce Lopes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milton Ruiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th minute, Bryce Lopes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Errol Sinclair was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Dario Bean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Logan Goodson in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bryce Lopes in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Errol Sinclair prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Othello fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Othello's Bryce Lopes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 45 minutes, Bryce Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Othello's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bryce Lopes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The ATL United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Othello were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bryce Lopes was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Taylor Calderwood got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 52nd minute, Bryce Lopes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Othello fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 57 minutes, Logan Goodson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ATL United and the Othello players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bryce Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 64 played minutes ATL United got a freekick which was hit by Jeramy Madsen. After 69 played minutes Othello got a freekick which was hit by Milo Doud. After 71 minutes of play, ATL United's Monty Hoskins made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dario Bean was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bryce Lopess short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Errol Sinclair to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 80 in the game by Bryce Lopes from a close distance when the talented Errol Sinclair managed to make a qualified save. ATL United's players were relieved. In the 84th minute Walter Choi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Bean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Monty Hoskins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Bryce Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Othello fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bryce Lopes couldn't finish the play. ATL United's Errol Sinclair played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bryce Lopes in the 93rd minute of play. Dario Bean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Hoskins, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
