Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Raymundo Summers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Raymundo Summers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Roy's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Rickie Harding had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marc Wilkinson. Crestview Hills FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rickie Harding was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Brexit FC booed when Crestview Hills FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Rowell didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Brexit FC's Alfred Crawford sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marc Wilkinson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dario Roy took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raymundo Summers. Raymundo Summers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-4. If Dario Roy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Crestview Hills FC had won after a very even match.
