Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alec Valentine took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Nolan Malloy came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Vamo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nolan Malloy couldn't finish the play. 9 minutes into the match, Nolan Malloy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stacy Stephenson. South Glens Falls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nolan Malloy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Nolan Malloy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stacy Stephenson having to make a save. In the 16th minute, Ignacio Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alec Valentine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Ignacio Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nolan Malloy to strike the kick off in the second half. Norberto Schneider made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Erickson in the 56th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nolan Malloy in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stacy Stephenson saved South Glens Falls from getting behind. Stacy Stephenson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute.
