Keith Vazquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Green in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Shoal creek's Roosevelt Blanco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keith Vazquez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brendan Forbes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roosevelt Blanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Green in the 57th minute of play forced Adel's goalkeeper Keith Vazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Shoal creek's Roosevelt Blanco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Keith Vazquez. That made the score 0-3 after 58 minutes of play. Roberto Odell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brendan Forbes in the 66th minute of the match. Keith Vazquez made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Roosevelt Blanco sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, Adel's goalkeeper Keith Vazquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Fournier. The supporters of Shoal creek booed when Adel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Forrest Corbin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 played minutes Adel got a freekick which was hit by Randy Croft. In the 73rd minute of the match, Roosevelt Blanco got a very nice opportunity to score, but Keith Vazquez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Keith Vazquez was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Norman Broussard capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Norman Broussard really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Norman Broussard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Green in the 80th minute of play forced Adel's goalkeeper Keith Vazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keith Vazquez made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Roosevelt Blanco sent off a good shot on target. Roosevelt Blanco came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Keith Vazquez could save by the left post. Keith Vazquez was a little too slow when Norman Broussard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-6. Brendan Forbes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Adel fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Shoal creek were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
