Northumberland AFC's Jay Hoffman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trey Rosa in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trey Rosa in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jay Hoffman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30thth minute of the game Trey Rosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Northumberland AFC's Jay Hoffman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcellus Jacques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Larry Hatch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domenic Lincoln charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domenic Lincoln the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 39 minutes into the game, Damien Alfaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Northumberland AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Other Side the free kick. A collision led to Northumberland AFC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Damien Alfaro hit a great ball. In the 47thth minute of the game Trey Rosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Northumberland AFC's Jay Hoffman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Trey Rosa to make the kick off. When Damien Alfaro came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Northumberland AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damien Alfaro couldn't finish the play. Winston Andrews sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trey Rosa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jay Hoffman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Larry Hatch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damien Alfaro in the 67th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trey Rosa in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jay Hoffman saved Northumberland AFC from getting behind. During the 78th minute of the match Damien Alfaro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Damien Alfaro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 79 played minutes Northumberland AFC got a freekick which was hit by Damien Alfaro. Jay Hoffman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonso Drake, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Winston Andrews could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Jay Hoffman made a huge save. A collision led to The Other Side getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Weston Hinson hit a great ball. Domenic Lincoln kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Trey Rosa kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Winston Andrews had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Other Side were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
