Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nick Means started the match with the kick off. After 14 played minutes Santa Fe got a freekick which was hit by Nick Means. In the 22nd minute, Patrick Gamble hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lanny Coker scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vito Redmond, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Plantation AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Manuel Jamison hit a great ball. After 34 played minutes Plantation AFC got a freekick which was hit by Roland Dickens. Nick Means blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Giuseppe Grayson having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Santa Fe's zone, Roland Dickens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vito Redmond came out of the goal and Roland Dickens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Maxwell Izturis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roland Dickens was the one to do the kick off. When Patrick Gamble fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santa Fe's protests and gave Patrick Gamble a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Roland Dickens got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Roland Dickens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nick Means fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giuseppe Grayson having to interfere.
