Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th match minute, Real Santos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Lange to maneuver through the defense. Vito Redmond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Lange, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Sammy Dwyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Santa Fe's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Lange came free, but Vito Redmond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Real Santos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregg Payne to maneuver through the defense. Vito Redmond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sal Nance in the 19th minute of play. Peter Healy kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Aurelio Lange had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Aurelio Lange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito Redmond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nick Means stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santa Fe's Nick Means got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Santa Fe's goalkeeper Vito Redmond had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelio Lange. When Sal Nance fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Santos's protests and gave Sal Nance a yellow card for diving instead. Sal Nance hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Vito Redmond didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aurelio Lange went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 78th minute of the match, Aurelio Lange got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vito Redmond was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sammy Dwyer kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Aurelio Lange recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Patrick Gamble fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santa Fe's protests and gave Patrick Gamble a yellow card for diving instead. Patrick Gamble hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, Santa Fe's goal looked a bit too open when Sal Nance came free, but Vito Redmond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Santa Fe booed when Real Santos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chuck Conroy didn't get a good kick on the ball.
