Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Wallace Lincoln recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcellus Kelley hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wallace Lincoln in the 6th minute of play forced Payson's goalkeeper Deshawn Holmes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deshawn Holmes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wallace Lincoln, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Reynaldo Becker managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Payson's Rene Deering fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The throw-in from Len Faulkner in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Birmingham Blinders's Keith Lim. Birmingham Blinders's Wallace Lincoln quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Len Faulkner, made in the 13th minute of the game. In the 25th minute, Rene Deering got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Birmingham Blinders's zone, Tyrone Burris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Becker came out of the goal and Tyrone Burris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lonnie Souza hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Rene Deering notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Birmingham Blinders's Reynaldo Becker. Reynaldo Becker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute, Rene Deering reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Reynaldo Becker. The goal made the score 3-0. 46 minutes into the match, Birmingham Blinders's goalkeeper Reynaldo Becker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rene Deering. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Rene Deering made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Rene Deering got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute Rene Deering shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rene Deering's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reynaldo Becker was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. 67 minutes into the match, Marcellus Kelley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reynaldo Becker. Birmingham Blinders's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcellus Kelley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. A collision led to Payson getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Kurt Herring hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wallace Lincoln during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wallace Lincoln kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Rene Deering's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reynaldo Becker was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Rene Deering might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reynaldo Becker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Deering ran back to his position shaking his head. Reynaldo Becker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Deering in the 85th minute of play. Everett Newell struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Reynaldo Becker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Payson. When the referee ended the match the Payson players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
