In the 30th minute, Ernesto Li hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 32 minutes, Hugh Skaggs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Woodchuckers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugh Skaggs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Rodger Shook had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Loyal FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Earl Fay hit a great ball. After 37 played minutes Rodger Shook rounded Loyal FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodger Shook was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Rodger Shook notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Loyal FC's Sidney Mayo. Sidney Mayo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Woodchuckers's goalkeeper Sidney Hager, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rodger Shook sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
