Daron Collins who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Ernesto Hare when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 5th minute, Roseburg FC's Barry Stacy ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ernesto Hare. Ernesto Hare yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Josef Winter fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Roseburg FC's protests and gave Josef Winter a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th match minute, Roseburg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Winter to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Kailua getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Barry Hardin hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Roseburg FC's Saul Trotter broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ernesto Hare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barry Stacy, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Ernesto Hare was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Barry Stacy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. If Santos Hubbard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Murray Chester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denver Christopher having to interfere. Murray Chester recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Santos Hubbard fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Denver Christopher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Hubbard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Kailua's goal looked a bit too open when Daron Collins came free, but Ernesto Hare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes, Barry Hardin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kailua and the Roseburg FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Roseburg FC booed when Kailua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barry Hardin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernesto Hare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry Stacy in the 32nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daron Collins got free with Ernesto Hare in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38thth minute of the game Murray Chester who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Roseburg FC's Denver Christopher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santos Hubbard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denver Christopher having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santos Hubbard made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Barry Stacy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roseburg FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Barry Stacy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Hare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denver Christopher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murray Chester in the 58th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Daron Collins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roseburg FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daron Collins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ernesto Hare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daron Collins in the 61st minute of the match. Barry Stacy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barry Stacy scored 3-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernesto Hare, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 71 minutes, Daron Collins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roseburg FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daron Collins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Murray Chester might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denver Christopher. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Murray Chester ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rene Granger during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Roseburg FC booed when Kailua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Granger didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Daron Collins came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Roseburg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daron Collins couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Roseburg FC booed when Kailua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Granger didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Roseburg FC's Malcolm Austin got a free kick in the 88th minute. Denver Christopher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murray Chester in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute Daron Collins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Hare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute, Murray Chester got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Roseburg FC had won after a very even match.
