Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rupert Littlejohn kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Roseburg FC booed when Sanatoga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Sharpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Roseburg FC's Saul Trotter in action when he in the 4th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 8 minutes into the game, Rupert Littlejohn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sanatoga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roseburg FC the free kick. Rupert Littlejohn kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Roseburg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roy Darling came free, but Denver Christopher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Holt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Denver Christopher came out and tried to block the shot, but Orlando Holt slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Garret Gaston took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barry Stacy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denver Christopher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rupert Littlejohn in the 24th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Orlando Holt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sanatoga's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Holt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denver Christopher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Garret Gaston stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daron Collins's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Denver Christopher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Holt in the 30th minute. Sanatoga were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Roseburg FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Terry Isaac took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Owen Luna got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-0. 32 minutes into the match. Rupert Littlejohn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denver Christopher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Orlando Holt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Denver Christopher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roseburg FC's Daron Collins got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barry Stacy made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barry Stacy in the 58th minute of play forced Sanatoga's goalkeeper Garret Gaston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barry Stacy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Garret Gaston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Daron Collins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 64th minute, Rupert Littlejohn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denver Christopher was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After 67 played minutes Sanatoga got a freekick which was hit by Roy Darling. Garret Gaston took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barry Stacy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marty McFadden's late challenge caught a Sanatoga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marty McFadden helped the player get up and apologised. Marty McFadden hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Daron Collins got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Garret Gaston showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barry Stacy, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
