Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rashad Hutchinson got the match started through his kick off. Ervin Coley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Yoshioka in the 3rd minute of play. In the 3rd minute, Marquis Echols hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Caleb Rutherford managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bayonne's supporters rose to their feet, but Caleb Rutherford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ervin Coley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgil Clearwater didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wyatt Lehman went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Fort Atkinson's Rashad Hutchinson got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Virgil Clearwater showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rashad Hutchinson in the 17th minute of the match. When Rashad Hutchinson came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Fort Atkinson fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rashad Hutchinson couldn't finish the play. When Fort Atkinson's Rashad Hutchinson in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bayonne's goalie prevented a goal. Caleb Rutherford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ervin Coley having to interfere. Bayonne's Virgil Clearwater played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Richard in the 45th minute of play. When Tristan Hand fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bayonne's protests and gave Tristan Hand a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th match minute, Bayonne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tristan Hand to maneuver through the defense. Frank Yoshioka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ervin Coley having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Frank Yoshioka made the kick off in the second half. Frank Yoshioka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Frank Yoshioka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ervin Coley. Fort Atkinson's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Yoshioka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Frank Yoshioka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ervin Coley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Rashad Hutchinson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute, Casey Ash hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wyatt Lehman got free with Virgil Clearwater in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marquis Echols hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Frank Yoshioka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Virgil Clearwater made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wyatt Lehman in the 75th minute. After 79 minutes Fort Atkinson's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Salvatore Mendez who took care of the corner kick. Bayonne's Salvatore Mendez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ervin Coley in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caleb Rutherford in the 80th minute of play forced Fort Atkinson's goalkeeper Ervin Coley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilton Crowley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Fort Atkinson getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Filiberto Richard hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
