Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tracey Winters got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henry Swenson during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Saukville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Swenson to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Willard Perdue in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl Dalton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Willard Perdue could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Karl Dalton made a huge save. Karl Dalton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willard Perdue in the 17th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in INTER MIAMI fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! If Willard Perdue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, Reuben Gee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Willard Perdue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Karl Dalton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Willard Perdue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Dalton having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in INTER MIAMI's zone, Willard Perdue stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Dalton came out of the goal and Willard Perdue tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Willard Perdue to strike the kick off in the second half. Karl Dalton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willard Perdue, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Willard Perdue in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl Dalton saved INTER MIAMI from getting behind. If Ian Easley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl Dalton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willard Perdue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ian Easley came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Saukville FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ian Easley couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of INTER MIAMI:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Saukville FC:s goal. The referee gave Saukville FC a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Merlin Wills, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of INTER MIAMI's Karl Dalton. 2-0. Ian Easley scored 3-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl Dalton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ian Easley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Karl Dalton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 minutes of play, Saukville FC's Willard Perdue made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
