Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Brendon Platt made the kick off and thus started the match. Allen Herring took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendon Platt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brendon Platt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allen Herring having to interfere. A collision led to Haviland getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Porter Iverson hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Lee Leon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th minute, Alexander Wells hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brendon Platt in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Allen Herring saved Milford Mill from getting behind. Andre Pendleton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lee Leon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Lee Leon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Perry Cano charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Perry Cano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Milford Mill was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perry Cano to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Brendon Platt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allen Herring saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Brendon Platt came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Haviland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brendon Platt couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matthew Sanderson got free with Andre Pendleton in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lee Leon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bryant Holbrook charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Haviland's Andre Pendleton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Haviland from getting a goal against them. Clark Brooks recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Milford Mill's zone, Brendon Platt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allen Herring came out of the goal and Brendon Platt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Lee Leon made the kick off in the second half. Matthew Sanderson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Lee Leon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 60 played minutes Haviland got a freekick which was hit by Bryant Holbrook. A collision led to Milford Mill getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Alexander Wells hit a great ball. With a little luck, Milford Mill's Allen Herring got control of the ball when Clark Brooks tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Matthew Sanderson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Andre Pendleton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bryant Holbrook kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Lee Leon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andre Pendleton was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Perry Cano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milford Mill's supporters rose to their feet, but Perry Cano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andre Pendleton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Haviland's Sterling Weller got a free kick in the 94th minute. If Lee Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Milford Mill had won after a very even match.
