After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Denis Urbina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liverpool United's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Urbina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonard McGee breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonard McGee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Urbina, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Armando McKay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Urbina in the 28th minute of play forced Woodlyn FC's goalkeeper Leonard McGee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 played minutes Woodlyn FC got a freekick which was hit by Collin Hart. Albert Root sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando McKay in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Noah Hairston prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albert Root could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Noah Hairston made a huge save. Rex Frazier kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Woodlyn FC's Leonard McGee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Urbina in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Noah Hairston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando McKay in the 86th minute of play. When Ricardo Alonzo came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Liverpool United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Alonzo couldn't finish the play.
