When Mitchell Travis came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Lake Wissota FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mitchell Travis couldn't finish the play. Lake Wissota FC's Avery Munoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domenico Reagan in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Lake Wissota FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domenico Reagan came free, but Avery Munoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Brett Powers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xavier Bailey might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dominic Richardson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xavier Bailey ran back to his position shaking his head. FCPorto's Dominic Richardson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Stokes in the 45th minute of play. Brett Powers kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half FCPorto were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to FCPorto getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jay Cesario hit a great ball. Mitchell Travis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominic Richardson having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Jay Cesario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dominic Richardson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xavier Bailey went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 77th minute, Domenico Reagan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Xavier Bailey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dominic Richardson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danny Stokes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mitchell Travis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xavier Bailey in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dominic Richardson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dominic Richardson came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Lake Wissota FC's Xavier Bailey. But to his dismay, Xavier Bailey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1.
