In the 3rd match minute, Wolf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aidan Bradley to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephen Brady in the 7th minute of play forced Orangeburg AFC's goalkeeper Cary Ryder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moises Oakes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cary Ryder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Moises Oakes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cary Ryder having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Stephen Brady managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wolf's supporters rose to their feet, but Stephen Brady was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cary Ryder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the game, Rodrick Mackey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wolf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orangeburg AFC the free kick. Rodrick Mackey hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Jessie Middleton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Hamm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes, Tory Aguilera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orangeburg AFC and the Wolf players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Wolf booed when Orangeburg AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tory Aguilera didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Wolf's Theodore Dahlstrom broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Dave Kenney kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes Wolf got a freekick which was hit by Aidan Bradley. Cary Ryder made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Moises Oakes sent off a good shot on target. Kenneth Hamm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jessie Middleton, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. When Jessie Middleton, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 38 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Kenneth Hamm was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Stephen Brady came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Wolf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stephen Brady couldn't finish the play. Cary Ryder made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Moises Oakes sent off a good shot on target. Chad Strickland hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. If Jessie Middleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stephen Brady made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Stephen Brady's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cary Ryder was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. 57 minutes into the match, Wolf's goalkeeper Kenneth Hamm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinaldo Thompson. Tory Aguilera kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Cary Ryder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stephen Brady went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Chad Strickland hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Kenneth Hamm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jessie Middleton in the 77th minute of play. Moises Oakes struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Cary Ryder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wolf. 93 minutes into the game, Aidan Bradley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
