Dwayne Magee could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Todd Guinn made a huge save. Orangeburg AFC's Cary Ryder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terence Gil in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Orangeburg AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Terence Gil came free, but Cary Ryder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cary Ryder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Troy Regan, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. American Canyon AFC's Todd Guinn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jessie Middleton in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, American Canyon AFC's Rey Diggs got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When Rey Diggs was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 25 minutes had been played. A collision led to American Canyon AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Rey Diggs hit a great ball. A collision led to Orangeburg AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Francisco Mosher hit a great ball. Mario Tabor's late challenge caught a American Canyon AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Tabor helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th minute, one of Orangeburg AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Orangeburg AFC. In the 31st minute there was a penalty for American Canyon AFC. Reuben Velazquez stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cary Ryder. 0-1. 37 minutes into the match, Jessie Middleton dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Todd Guinn, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Dwayne Magee managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orangeburg AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dwayne Magee was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Todd Guinn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Garret Putnam hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Orangeburg AFC's Monroe Babcock couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for American Canyon AFC. If Jessie Middleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Troy Regan struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Cary Ryder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for American Canyon AFC.

After 52 played minutes Orangeburg AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ward Blake. With his leg Cary Ryder managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when American Canyon AFC's Troy Regan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tory Aguilera hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Orangeburg AFC's Reinaldo Thompson got a free kick in the 56th minute. Justin Sewell hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. American Canyon AFC's Todd Guinn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jessie Middleton in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Dwayne Magee made a precise shot to the right of Todd Guinn. American Canyon AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Dwayne Magee recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dwayne Magee in the 68th minute of play forced American Canyon AFC's goalkeeper Todd Guinn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Todd Guinn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dwayne Magee in the 72nd minute of play. After 73 played minutes Orangeburg AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tory Aguilera. American Canyon AFC's Todd Guinn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jessie Middleton in the 75th minute of play. A collision led to American Canyon AFC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Terence Gil hit a great ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Jessie Middleton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orangeburg AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jessie Middleton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Troy Regan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cary Ryder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Troy Regan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cary Ryder having to interfere. Troy Regan in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cary Ryder, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Orangeburg AFC's Tory Aguilera got a free kick in the 87th minute. Dwayne Magee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. American Canyon AFC's Troy Regan got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th match minute, Orangeburg AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dwayne Magee to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Orangeburg AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
