Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Davis Ash made the kick off which started today's match. Terence Gil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rhett Bacon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justin Sewell in the 6th minute. Troy Regan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Rhett Bacon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fo Sho FC's goalkeeper Rhett Bacon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rhett Bacon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Terence Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rhett Bacon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justin Sewell in the 20th minute. Rhett Bacon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terence Gil in the 21st minute of the match. Troy Regan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Rhett Bacon made a huge save. 23 minutes into the match, Fo Sho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Terence Gil came free, but Rhett Bacon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Justin Sewell hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Troy Regan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhett Bacon having to interfere. Rhett Bacon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terence Gil, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Troy Regan managed to get in a good position for a shot. American Canyon AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Troy Regan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rhett Bacon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Troy Regan got free with Rhett Bacon in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Troy Regan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Troy Regan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhett Bacon having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When Troy Regan came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the American Canyon AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Troy Regan couldn't finish the play. Troy Regan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhett Bacon having to interfere. When Davis Ash fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fo Sho FC's protests and gave Davis Ash a yellow card for diving instead. Rhett Bacon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terence Gil in the 63rd minute of play. After taking down the ball on American Canyon AFC's corner Ignacio MacKenzie fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rhett Bacon quite easily take care of the ball. After 65 played minutes Fo Sho FC got a freekick which was hit by Davis Ash. Rhett Bacon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terence Gil in the 69th minute of the match. Troy Regan took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rhett Bacon. Rhett Bacon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Davis Ash might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Todd Guinn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Davis Ash ran back to his position shaking his head. Rhett Bacon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Troy Regan in the 75th minute of play. 2-0 became the score in the 76th minute when Terence Gil elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rhett Bacon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Troy Regan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When American Canyon AFC's Troy Regan in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fo Sho FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Troy Regan in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rhett Bacon saved Fo Sho FC from getting behind. Troy Regan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rhett Bacon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Terence Gil went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Terence Gil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. American Canyon AFC fully deserved thier win.
