Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Russ Daniels started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. MoneySly SC's Clinton Carpenter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shelton Malone in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind MoneySly SC's goalkeeper Clinton Carpenter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Etowah AFC's Tod Mathis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Clinton Carpenter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shelton Malone went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Clinton Carpenter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliott Hayes in the 25th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shelton Malone got free with Clinton Carpenter in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 28 minutes of play, Etowah AFC's Elliott Hayes made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clinton Carpenter was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to MoneySly SC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Grant Shannon hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Etowah AFC's Shelton Malone slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Clinton Carpenter. That made the score 4-0 after 38 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shelton Malone got free with Clinton Carpenter in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute Tod Mathis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clinton Carpenter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evan Lofton made a kick off. Calvin Tapia made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Evan Lofton sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the MoneySly SC defense, Shelton Malone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clinton Carpenter. The MoneySly SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clinton Carpenter should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, MoneySly SC's goal looked a bit too open when Shelton Malone came free, but Clinton Carpenter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tod Mathis hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Alexis Collier hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Etowah AFC's Shelton Malone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clinton Carpenter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Wallace Winter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clinton Carpenter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Russ Daniels, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. MoneySly SC's Clinton Carpenter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elliott Hayes in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, MoneySly SC's goal looked a bit too open when Russ Daniels came free, but Clinton Carpenter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Matt Singleton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Spencer Michel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Calvin Tapia having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tod Mathis during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Clinton Carpenter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Russ Daniels in the 95th minute of play. MoneySly SC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
