Spectators: 6750 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes into the match, Alexandria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Weldon Pujols came free, but Ricardo Sadler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Goofball FC's Weldon Pujols nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Sadler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ricardo Sadler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rhett Hammond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Maurice Lopes took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Brett Livingston to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Maurice Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alexandria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurice Lopes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brett Livingston breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Owen Swift managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goofball FC's Brett Livingston proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Goofball FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Goofball FC's zone, Maurice Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brett Livingston came out of the goal and Maurice Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bryan Baker charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bryan Baker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexandria FC's Ricardo Sadler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bryan Baker in the 41st minute of play. Ricardo Sadler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bryan Baker in the 46th minute of play. Weldon Pujols recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Rhett Hammond came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Goofball FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rhett Hammond couldn't finish the play. Weldon Pujols received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ricardo Sadler came out and tried to block the shot, but Weldon Pujols slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 65th minute. In the 71st minute Maurice Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brett Livingston saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Weldon Pujols in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Sadler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Alexandria FC defense, Rhett Hammond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Sadler. The Alexandria FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Sadler should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Alexandria FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Roland Braun hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Rhett Hammond notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Alexandria FC's Ricardo Sadler. Ricardo Sadler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rhett Hammond's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ricardo Sadler firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ricardo Sadler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Weldon Pujols, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Ricardo Sadler came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Goofball FC's Weldon Pujols. But to his dismay, Weldon Pujols quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Rhett Hammond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ricardo Sadler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Alexandria FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. George Blum hit a great ball. Goofball FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
