Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Winfred McNeill started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Benedict Romo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Don Aguilar. Landon McGuire scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benedict Romo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Landon McGuire managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sibley FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Landon McGuire was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedict Romo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Darrell Pollard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Travis Milligan having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ali Witt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedict Romo was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Lander's Bryan Blanco got a free kick in the 17th minute. Benedict Romo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Landon McGuire went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 22 played minutes, Lander's Lane Yeats shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Travis Milligan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lander reached it. Ali Witt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedict Romo having to interfere. A hard shot 25 in the game by Landon McGuire from a close distance when the talented Benedict Romo managed to make a qualified save. Lander's players were relieved. Travis Milligan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Winfred McNeill in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Ali Witt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benedict Romo, 3-0. In the 32nd minute, Brendan Burgess hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes, Trinidad Carroll mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lander and the Sibley FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Trinidad Carroll hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Benedict Romo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Witt in the 36th minute of the match. Landon McGuire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedict Romo having to interfere. Travis Milligan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerome Baker in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Landon McGuire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sibley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Landon McGuire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Winfred McNeill's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Travis Milligan was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Sibley FC's Ali Witt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benedict Romo. That made the score 4-0 after 49 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Witt to strike the kick off in the second half. Ali Witt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Benedict Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Winfred McNeill might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Travis Milligan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Winfred McNeill ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Lander's zone, Landon McGuire stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedict Romo came out of the goal and Landon McGuire tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Travis Milligan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Darrell Pollard in the 63rd minute. Benedict Romo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Landon McGuire in the 65th minute of the match. A collision led to Lander getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Stacy Winters hit a great ball. Benedict Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Landon McGuire in the 71st minute of play. Benedict Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Witt, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After some careless play in the Lander defense, Brendan Burgess kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedict Romo. The Lander fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedict Romo should have stopped the shot. After having played for 79 minutes, Landon McGuire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sibley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Landon McGuire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Darrell Pollard was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 82nd minute. Lander's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Landon McGuire came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Sibley FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Landon McGuire couldn't finish the play. Darrell Pollard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Witt in the 89th minute of play forced Lander's goalkeeper Benedict Romo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Sibley FC's Ali Witt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benedict Romo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Darrell Pollard's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Travis Milligan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Landon McGuire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedict Romo having to interfere. Landon McGuire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Benedict Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sibley FC's Travis Milligan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Winfred McNeill in the 100th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lander players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sibley FC.
