Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sterling McDonough got the match started through his kick off. When Kristofer Dale fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nueva Villa FC's protests and gave Kristofer Dale a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Nueva Villa FC got a freekick which was hit by Kristofer Dale. Gustavo Wyatt was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 15th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 18th match minute, Nueva Villa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Weldon Kane to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Foster Lunsford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aidan Kirkpatrick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tyrone Stokes struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Aidan Kirkpatrick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paynesville. Asher Fair kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Aidan Kirkpatrick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tyrone Stokes in the 32nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Tyrone Stokes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paynesville's supporters rose to their feet, but Tyrone Stokes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aidan Kirkpatrick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 played minutes Nueva Villa FC got a freekick which was hit by Asher Fair. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Asher Fair managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nueva Villa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Asher Fair was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kerry Finch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyrone Stokes in the 41st minute of play forced Nueva Villa FC's goalkeeper Aidan Kirkpatrick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristofer Dale got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 49 minutes, Teddy Becker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paynesville and the Nueva Villa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Nueva Villa FC booed when Paynesville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teddy Becker didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A nice corner shot did that Ruben Erickson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aidan Kirkpatrick quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nueva Villa FC's Aidan Kirkpatrick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tyrone Stokes in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Teddy Becker had to leave the field with a concussion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by James Mason during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes Nueva Villa FC got a freekick which was hit by James Mason. Cedric Amos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Kerry Finch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Paynesville getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Tim Bassett hit a great ball. If Cedric Amos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cedric Amos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kerry Finch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cedric Amos in the 88th minute of play. Nueva Villa FC's Aidan Kirkpatrick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Nueva Villa FC from getting a goal against them. Foster Lunsford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aidan Kirkpatrick having to interfere. A collision led to Nueva Villa FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Sterling McDonough hit a great ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
