After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Sterling McDonough managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nueva Villa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sterling McDonough was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elijah Lockhart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Santo Aragon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aidan Kirkpatrick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stacy Swanson in the 10th minute of the match. Stacy Swanson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aidan Kirkpatrick having to interfere. Cedric Amos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elijah Lockhart having to interfere. If Sterling McDonough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24thth minute of the game Sterling McDonough who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Cincinnati's Elijah Lockhart was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, FC Cincinnati's Elijah Lockhart got control of the ball when Sterling McDonough tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elijah Lockhart made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Cedric Amos sent off a good shot on target. When Cedric Amos got free in front of the goal in the 36th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Elijah Lockhart was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Sterling McDonough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the game, Asher Fair was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nueva Villa FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Cincinnati the free kick. After a rather tough play, Nueva Villa FC's Asher Fair got a free kick in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stacy Swanson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elijah Lockhart didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cedric Amos went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Sterling McDonough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elijah Lockhart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cedric Amos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elijah Lockhart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cedric Amos in the 70th minute of play. If Sterling McDonough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute Sterling McDonough shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elijah Lockhart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elijah Lockhart came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Nueva Villa FC's Cedric Amos. But to his dismay, Cedric Amos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Cedric Amos struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Elijah Lockhart didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nueva Villa FC. In the 91st minute, Cedric Amos made a precise shot to the right of Elijah Lockhart. FC Cincinnati's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 95th match minute, Nueva Villa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristofer Dale to maneuver through the defense.
