Casey Barr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Weaver in the 8th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ladonia defense, Sol Bowman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casey Barr. The Ladonia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casey Barr should have stopped the shot. Sol Bowman took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Casey Barr. Casey Barr dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Jeff Willett charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeff Willett the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Casey Barr didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sol Bowman went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Sol Bowman scored 0-5 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casey Barr, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Kansas City's Sol Bowman in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ladonia's goalie prevented a goal. After 41 minutes of play, Kansas City's Daren Woodard made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sol Bowman to make the kick off. Jeff Willett hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Sol Bowman notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Ladonia's Casey Barr. Casey Barr was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daren Woodard in the 63rd minute of play forced Ladonia's goalkeeper Casey Barr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florian Pritchett took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ian Keys. Ian Keys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jermaine Sexton, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute Daren Woodard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casey Barr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sol Bowman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Casey Barr made a huge save. Sol Bowman took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Casey Barr. Casey Barr dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. The supporters of Kansas City booed when Ladonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vince West didn't get a good kick on the ball. Casey Barr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sol Bowman, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ladonia's zone, Cristopher Benoit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casey Barr came out of the goal and Cristopher Benoit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sol Bowman got free with Casey Barr in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd match minute, Ladonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vince West to maneuver through the defense.
