Spectators: 7309 (Terracing: 5809, Seating: 1350, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sandy Dubose got the match started through his kick off. Devin Landers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradly Wyatt in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Rory Copeland notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mahopac AFC's Devin Landers. Devin Landers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 11thth minute of the game Sandy Dubose who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seymour FC's Terence Burton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Seymour FC's zone, Wilfred Bauman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Terence Burton came out of the goal and Wilfred Bauman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Seymour FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ahmed Newell hit a great ball. Wilfred Bauman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bradly Wyatt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Devin Landers having to interfere. Rory Copeland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rory Copeland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Devin Landers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sandy Dubose in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Terence Burton saved Seymour FC from getting behind. Bradly Wyatt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Devin Landers having to interfere. Devin Landers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradly Wyatt in the 38th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mahopac AFC's zone, Bradly Wyatt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Devin Landers came out of the goal and Bradly Wyatt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Terence Burton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandy Dubose, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rory Copeland to make the kick off. Wilfred Bauman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Terence Burton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandy Dubose sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilfred Bauman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terence Burton having to interfere. If Sandy Dubose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Mahopac AFC's Napoleon Anthony got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Devin Landers didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 67th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Seymour FC's Rory Copeland got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bradly Wyatt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Mahopac AFC's goalkeeper Devin Landers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bradly Wyatt. Terence Burton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfred Bauman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bradly Wyatt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Devin Landers made a huge save. Bradly Wyatt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Devin Landers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Wilfred Bauman took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Terence Burton. Terence Burton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Sandy Dubose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terence Burton having to interfere. After some careless play in the Seymour FC defense, Sandy Dubose kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Terence Burton. The Seymour FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Terence Burton should have stopped the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
