Spectators: 6821 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 50) After some careless play in the Holtville defense, Ian Borden kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wyatt Walls. The Holtville fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wyatt Walls should have stopped the shot. 13 minutes into the match, Libera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gordon Carbajal came free, but Renato Patten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sung Richmond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ian Borden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Holtville's Garrett Smallwood got a free kick in the 24th minute. Gordon Carbajal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Renato Patten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kirby McConnell took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Renato Patten. Renato Patten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Bob Putnam took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wyatt Walls. Holtville's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ian Borden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Renato Patten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gordon Carbajal, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Wyatt Walls showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Borden, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Kirby McConnell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Renato Patten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gordon Carbajal, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. A collision led to Holtville getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Benjamin Ledford hit a great ball. Domenico Blackburn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garrett Smallwood charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Garrett Smallwood the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Holtville got a freekick which was hit by Garrett Smallwood. With a little luck, Holtville's Wyatt Walls got control of the ball when Ian Borden tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sung Richmond during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Libera FC's zone, Benjamin Vick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renato Patten came out of the goal and Benjamin Vick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
