Seating: 1050, VIP seats: 150) Ladonia's Jeff Willett started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Jermaine Sexton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeff Willett in the 8th minute of play forced Queen Creek FC's goalkeeper Benny Davila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ladonia's Casey Barr proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Ladonia from getting a goal against them. Ladonia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Asher Harrell scored to the left of an out of position Casey Barr, making the score, 1-0. After some careless play in the Ladonia defense, Craig North kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casey Barr. The Ladonia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casey Barr should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute, Joe Betts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vince West might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benny Davila. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vince West ran back to his position shaking his head. Vince West fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benny Davila having to interfere. In the 25th minute Joe Betts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benny Davila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladonia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Moses Gray scored to the left of an out of position Casey Barr, making the score, 3-0. A collision led to Ladonia getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Cliff Hatcher hit a great ball. Queen Creek FC's Eduardo Bowden got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Queen Creek FC booed when Ladonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jermaine Sexton didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Ladonia's goalkeeper Casey Barr had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Craig North. Queen Creek FC's Benny Davila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Pritchett in the 34th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Ladonia's goal looked a bit too open when Asher Harrell came free, but Casey Barr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladonia's Casey Barr proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Ladonia from getting a goal against them.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Asher Harrell to strike the kick off in the second half. Ladonia's Casey Barr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moses Gray in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Craig North made a precise shot to the right of Casey Barr. Ladonia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Casey Barr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Craig North, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. If Florian Pritchett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th match minute, Queen Creek FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jess Canales to maneuver through the defense. Jeff Willett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eduardo Bowden missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 75 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Casey Barr right hand side. Casey Barr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Craig North, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. A collision led to Queen Creek FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jess Canales hit a great ball. Jeff Willett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th match minute, Ladonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cliff Hatcher to maneuver through the defense. In the 98th minute Craig North shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casey Barr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Queen Creek FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
