Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5755, Seating: 1615, VIP seats: 130) Libera FC's Ian Borden started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Seymour FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Mayer to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute of the match Tad Dorsey shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Terence Burton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Seymour FC's goalkeeper Terence Burton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ian Borden. Renato Patten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rory Copeland in the 7th minute of play. Ian Bordens short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Terence Burton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 9th match minute, Seymour FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Mayer to maneuver through the defense. Libera FC's Bob Putnam shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 13th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Terence Burton but with some difficulty. Bradly Wyatt scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Renato Patten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Seymour FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Gilbert Mayer hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match Bob Putnam shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Terence Burton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Libera FC booed when Seymour FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Colby didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ian Borden got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-1 in the right cross in the 32nd match minute before Terence Burton had time to react. Ian Borden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terence Burton having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Libera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rory Copeland came free, but Renato Patten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ian Borden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Terence Burton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradly Wyatt in the 43rd minute of play forced Libera FC's goalkeeper Renato Patten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Seymour FC booed when Libera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sung Richmond didn't get a good kick on the ball. Richie Winkler was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rory Copeland made a kick off. Bradly Wyatt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Renato Patten made a huge save. In the 52nd minute, Ian Borden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Terence Burton came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Libera FC's Ian Borden. But to his dismay, Ian Borden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Rory Copeland succeeded in the game's 60th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. Ian Borden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terence Burton having to interfere. In the 71st minute of the match, Rory Copeland tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Renato Patten saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rory Copeland in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Renato Patten saved Libera FC from getting behind. Renato Patten made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Bradly Wyatt sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute Ian Borden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Terence Burton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domenico Blackburn struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Terence Burton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Libera FC. When Rory Copeland came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Seymour FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rory Copeland couldn't finish the play. If Rory Copeland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ian Borden in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Terence Burton saved Seymour FC from getting behind. Sung Richmond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terence Burton having to interfere. Rory Copeland received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Renato Patten came out and tried to block the shot, but Rory Copeland slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 91st minute. Sung Richmond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terence Burton having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Seymour FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
