Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Wyckoff's Milton Higgins started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ramon Aldrich came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Argentine FC's Lamar Hinkle. But to his dismay, Lamar Hinkle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ramon Aldrich made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murray Hoffman in the 6th minute. Louie Shaver charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Louie Shaver the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, one of Wyckoff:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Wyckoff. Ramon Aldrich made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murray Hoffman in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Argentine FC's goal looked a bit too open when Trenton Shepard came free, but Chase Rios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Trenton Shepard came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Wyckoff fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Trenton Shepard couldn't finish the play. Nick Duncan hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. When Dave Tinsley fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Argentine FC's protests and gave Dave Tinsley a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wyckoff booed when Argentine FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Tinsley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramon Aldrich made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Murray Hoffman sent off a good shot on target. If Murray Hoffman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 played minutes Argentine FC got a freekick which was hit by Dave Tinsley. After some careless play in the Argentine FC defense, Trenton Shepard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chase Rios. The Argentine FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chase Rios should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Dave Tinsley took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramon Aldrich. Ramon Aldrich dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Wyckoff's zone, Dave Tinsley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon Aldrich came out of the goal and Dave Tinsley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 68 minutes, Riley Corbin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wyckoff and the Argentine FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Riley Corbin kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Donny Vela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milton Higgins struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Chase Rios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wyckoff. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sterling Womack in the 76th minute of play forced Wyckoff's goalkeeper Ramon Aldrich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Dave Tinsley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Murray Hoffman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramon Aldrich was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. When Argentine FC's Murray Hoffman in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wyckoff's goalie prevented a goal. Ramon Aldrich stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murray Hoffman's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Wyckoff's goal looked a bit too open when Murray Hoffman came free, but Ramon Aldrich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Argentine FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Wyckoff for a fine match.
