Cliff Guzman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rufus McGinnis in the 15th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, DEMİREL SK's goalkeeper Miles McLain had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dwight Payton. Miles McLain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Art Butler's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Corydon's Cliff Guzman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Nelson in the 29th minute of play. Art Butler did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Miles McLain 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd match minute, DEMİREL SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lloyd Daniel to maneuver through the defense. Ethan Miner received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Miles McLain came out and tried to block the shot, but Ethan Miner slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 35th minute. Aquilino Kimetz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dwight Payton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Art Butler made the kick off in the second half. Cliff Guzman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walker Vann, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the match, Rufus McGinnis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cliff Guzman, 2-1. Rodrigo Nelson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Corydon's Cliff Guzman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Corydon from getting a goal against them. Cliff Guzman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lloyd Daniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind DEMİREL SK's goalkeeper Miles McLain, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dwight Payton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Miles McLain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jefferson Myrick hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Dwight Payton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miles McLain having to make a save. Jefferson Myrick might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miles McLain. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jefferson Myrick ran back to his position shaking his head. Art Butler took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miles McLain. Miles McLain dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Dwight Payton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Miles McLain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dwight Payton in the 90th minute of play. DEMİREL SK's Miles McLain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dwight Payton in the 92nd minute of play. When Aquilino Kimetz came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Corydon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquilino Kimetz couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Corydon had played much better football throughout.
