Spectators: 6450 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Brandon Tripp kicked off to start the match. Cliff Guzman came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Longview FC's Brandon Tripp. But to his dismay, Brandon Tripp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 5th match minute, Corydon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brad Currie to maneuver through the defense. Cliff Guzman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hector Domenec showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 8 minute of play. In the 10th minute, Dwight Payton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brandon Tripp struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Cliff Guzman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Longview FC. Dwight Payton's late challenge caught a Longview FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dwight Payton helped the player get up and apologised. Dwight Payton hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, Corydon's goal looked a bit too open when Brandon Tripp came free, but Cliff Guzman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brandon Tripp, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Corydon's Cliff Guzman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Corydon from getting a goal against them. Cliff Guzman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Domenec in the 23rd minute. 28 minutes into the match, Uriel Abeijon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cliff Guzman. Corydon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Uriel Abeijon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Domenec got free with Cliff Guzman in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, Corydon's goal looked a bit too open when Brandon Tripp came free, but Cliff Guzman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Corydon's goalkeeper Cliff Guzman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Domenec. If Uriel Abeijon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cliff Guzman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sherman Waite, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Corydon's Cliff Guzman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Sims in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute Uriel Abeijon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cliff Guzman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jefferson Myrick made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Corydon got a freekick which was hit by Art Butler. Cliff Guzman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brandon Tripp in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Hector Domenec notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Corydon's Cliff Guzman. Cliff Guzman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th minute, Brandon Tripp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cliff Guzman was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 70 minutes into the match, Corydon's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Domenec came free, but Cliff Guzman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corydon's Cliff Guzman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brandon Tripp in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Hector Domenec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cliff Guzman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Corydon fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! Brandon Tripp placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Hector Domenec scored 6-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cliff Guzman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cliff Guzman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brandon Tripp in the 81st minute of play. Hector Domenec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cliff Guzman having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Brandon Tripp sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Corydon's Cliff Guzman didn't even have to move. A collision led to Corydon getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Dwight Payton hit a great ball. Cliff Guzman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvatore Staples in the 94th minute of the match. Cliff Guzman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sherman Waite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Longview FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
