An unexpectedly hard shot by Denny Tackett in the 10th minute of play forced Boulder City AFC's goalkeeper Gilberto Jefferson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes of play, Donovan´s Paradise's Denny Tackett made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilberto Jefferson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alonzo Evangelista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brendon Patton in the 18th minute of the match. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilberto Jefferson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denny Tackett in the 48th minute of play.

They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Donovan´s Paradise would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
