Spectators: 6350 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bailey Cora got the match started through his kick off. Pablo Emerson's late challenge caught a Bound Brooks's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Emerson helped the player get up and apologised. After 2 played minutes Torpedo got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Emerson. If Filiberto Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Filiberto Franco struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Dominic Dillard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torpedo. After 10 minutes Bound Brooks's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Romeo Anderson who took care of the corner kick. Romeo Anderson made a great header on Torpedo's corner, it was just that Bound Brooks's Dominic Dillard managed to reach the ball for a save. Jess Ackerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Torpedo's goalkeeper Perry Jean, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Torpedo's zone, Bailey Cora stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Perry Jean came out of the goal and Bailey Cora tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Bound Brooks's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Franco came free, but Dominic Dillard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zachary Perkins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominic Dillard having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Torpedo's goalkeeper Perry Jean had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jess Ackerman. Dominic Dillard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachary Perkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Perry Jean made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Jess Ackerman sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 47 minutes, Jess Ackerman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bound Brooks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jess Ackerman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zachary Perkins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Jess Ackerman fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bound Brooks's protests and gave Jess Ackerman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bound Brooks getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jess Ackerman hit a great ball. Dominic Dillard was a little too slow when Zachary Perkins got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-1. 60 minutes into the match, Bound Brooks's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Perkins came free, but Dominic Dillard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torpedo's attack was well implemented in the 64th minute, but when Filiberto Franco was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Filiberto Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute, Romeo Anderson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Perry Jean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bailey Cora in the 72nd minute of play. 0-2 became the score in the 79th minute when Filiberto Franco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jess Ackerman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Bailey Cora left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bound Brooks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When Jess Ackerman came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Bound Brooks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jess Ackerman couldn't finish the play. The Torpedo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Torpedo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
