When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Trent Harding put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zachariah McClain. If Tyrone Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The long shot by Dillon Ybarra in the 15th minute really tested Zachariah McClain's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Malulo LC booed when Summerset Aisle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quintin Spaulding didn't get a good kick on the ball. Summerset Aisle's Raul Villalobos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Christensen in the 22nd minute of play. Tyrone Zapata hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Raul Villalobos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ethan Person went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute, Forrest Randolph hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ethan Person might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raul Villalobos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ethan Person ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tyrone Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The nice shot from Tyrone Zapata in the 42ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Zachariah McClain had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Tyrone Zapata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Zachariah McClain made a huge save. Zachariah McClain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trent Harding in the 48th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ethan Person stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zachariah McClain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tyrone Zapata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Trent Harding might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zachariah McClain. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Trent Harding ran back to his position shaking his head. Trent Harding charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Trent Harding the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Malulo LC booed when Summerset Aisle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trent Harding didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Villalobos was a little too slow when George Krueger got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 78thth minute of the game Trent Harding who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Malulo LC's Zachariah McClain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zachariah McClain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tyrone Zapata in the 80th minute of play. If Tyrone Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raul Villalobos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kasey Elliot in the 88th minute. Tyrone Zapata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
