The referee ignored Alpine's protests and gave Calvin Burnham a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Alpine booed when Summerset Aisle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Forrest Randolph didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Alpine's Woody Holley in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Summerset Aisle's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 15 minutes, Trent Harding managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Summerset Aisle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trent Harding was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Monroe Cash hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, one of Alpine:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alpine. In the 23rd minute of the match Forrest Randolph sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but King Ray skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Alpine getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Calvin Burnham hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Alpine's zone, Trent Harding stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. King Ray came out of the goal and Trent Harding tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trent Harding sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 42 played minutes, Summerset Aisle's Clinton McNeal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper King Ray came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Summerset Aisle reached it. If Tyrone Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Woody Holley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Summerset Aisle's Forrest Randolph got a free kick in the 51st minute. Tyrone Zapata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. King Ray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Summerset Aisle. Clinton McNeal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving King Ray. 3-0. When Tyrone Zapata came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Summerset Aisle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tyrone Zapata couldn't finish the play. Alpine's Calvin Burnham got his second yellow card of the match in the 74th minute. The referee ordered Calvin Burnham off the ground. After some careless play in the Alpine defense, Tyrone Zapata kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of King Ray. The Alpine fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that King Ray should have stopped the shot. King Ray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trent Harding, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes, Summerset Aisle's Clinton McNeal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper King Ray came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Summerset Aisle reached it. 95 minutes into the match, Alpine's goal looked a bit too open when Tyrone Zapata came free, but King Ray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Summerset Aisle had played much better football throughout.
