Spectators: 5005 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 5) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Casey McKnight started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Rex Pringle sped through South Orange AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oren Thurston. Aiea AFC's Mario Bliss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casey McKnight in the 9th minute of play. When Casey McKnight came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the South Orange AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casey McKnight couldn't finish the play. In the 12th match minute, Aiea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Jenkins to maneuver through the defense. Alfonzo Galindo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Mario Bliss made a huge save. Mario Bliss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonzo Galindo in the 16th minute. Aiea AFC's Mario Bliss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Aiea AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 32ndth minute of the game Chase Mueller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but South Orange AFC's Oren Thurston was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Casey McKnight had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Scot Kimball came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the South Orange AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Scot Kimball couldn't finish the play. In the 45th match minute, Aiea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Roark to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rex Pringle was the one to do the kick off. Rex Pringle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oren Thurston having to interfere. When Alfonzo Galindo got free in front of the goal in the 60th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Mario Bliss was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Aiea AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonzo Galindo came free, but Mario Bliss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oren Thurston made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Chase Mueller sent off a good shot on target. South Orange AFC's Oren Thurston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rex Pringle in the 76th minute of play. If Chase Mueller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christopher Bassett during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to South Orange AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Christopher Bassett hit a great ball. Chase Mueller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chase Mueller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Oren Thurston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Scot Kimball hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christopher Bassett kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Alfonzo Galindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Aiea AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
