Spectators: 7525 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 150) Woodcliff Lake FC's Wilton Ware started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lucien Odom made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Fletcher Jarvis sent off a good shot on target. Cincinnati Strikers's Alistair Acuna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Chu in the 9th minute of play. Daren Atkinson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Arthur Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilton Ware received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Alistair Acuna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Jacques Coppack hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes, Ray Geiger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cincinnati Strikers and the Woodcliff Lake FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ray Geiger hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. If Wilton Ware had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Woodcliff Lake FC's zone, Jacques Coppack stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucien Odom came out of the goal and Jacques Coppack tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Fletcher Jarvis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

51 minutes into the match, Cincinnati Strikers's Fletcher Jarvis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucien Odom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 57th match minute, Woodcliff Lake FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taylor Kimball to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Fletcher Jarvis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucien Odom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daren Atkinson in the 61st minute of the match. Daren Atkinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucien Odom having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Woodcliff Lake FC got a freekick which was hit by Giovanni Hooks. Cincinnati Strikers were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Woodcliff Lake FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kurtis Clinton took the corner. Cincinnati Strikers's Kurtis Clinton was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lucien Odom in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Taylor Kimball kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Kurtis Clinton was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Daren Atkinson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cincinnati Strikers's supporters rose to their feet, but Daren Atkinson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucien Odom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daren Atkinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucien Odom having to interfere. Fletcher Jarvis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucien Odom having to interfere. Cincinnati Strikers's Fletcher Jarvis got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cincinnati Strikers fully deserved thier win.
