The goalkeeper, Kerry Allen, was totally fooled by Central Malaver's Maurice Chadwick, who 5 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jeffrey Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marlon McIntosh having to interfere. Marlon McIntosh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Von Sawyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Jeffrey Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfonso Bond hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. If Von Sawyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jeffrey Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Ottawa Hills fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeffrey Pereira couldn't finish the play. Lin struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Kerry Allen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Central Malaver. Central Malaver's Marlon McIntosh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Central Malaver from getting a goal against them. In the 89th match minute, Ottawa Hills was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nick Waite to maneuver through the defense. Theodore Ibarra's late challenge caught a Ottawa Hills's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Theodore Ibarra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th match minute, Central Malaver was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theodore Ibarra to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute of the match, Jeffrey Pereira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marlon McIntosh saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marlon McIntosh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeffrey Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Ottawa Hills's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
