Ulysses Rosen had several of the Kloud 9 FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 6 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Dustin Segura as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 9 played minutes Bennington got a freekick which was hit by Giovanni Bingham. 15 minutes into the match, Bennington's goal looked a bit too open when Willard Lewis came free, but Ross Aragon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Bennington's goal looked a bit too open when Bernie Lutz came free, but Ross Aragon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Bernie Lutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ross Aragon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Ulysses Rosen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bennington's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulysses Rosen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dustin Segura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Willard Lewis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ross Aragon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 35th minute of the match Giovanni Bingham completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Giovanni Bingham a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 36th match minute, Bennington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanni Bingham to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Kloud 9 FC's Dustin Segura got control of the ball when Boyd Strange tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boyd Strange made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clark Burrows in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dustin Segura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boyd Strange in the 54th minute of play forced Kloud 9 FC's goalkeeper Dustin Segura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Boyd Strange's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dustin Segura was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the match, Kloud 9 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Boyd Strange came free, but Dustin Segura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute Boyd Strange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dustin Segura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 81 minutes, Boyd Strange managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bennington's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boyd Strange was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kloud 9 FC's Dustin Segura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boyd Strange in the 89th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
