Spectators: 7525 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daren Atkinson took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Tyrell Kerns sped through Cincinnati Strikers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alistair Acuna. Alistair Acuna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vincenzo Smith's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Fletcher Jarvis took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Darrell Worthington to make any attempt to save it. Darrell Worthington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacques Coppack in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Greg Browning got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Arsenal booed when Cincinnati Strikers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacques Coppack didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tyrell Kerns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rdth minute of the game Tyrell Kerns who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cincinnati Strikers's Alistair Acuna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Arsenal booed when Cincinnati Strikers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfred Romo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenal's Alec Dias got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alec Dias came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Arsenal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alec Dias couldn't finish the play. Alistair Acuna didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Arsenal's Tyrell Kerns shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Tyrell Kerns recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cincinnati Strikers's Alistair Acuna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greg Browning in the 39th minute of play. Alistair Acuna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Greg Browning, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Alistair Acuna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tyrell Kerns in the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tyrell Kerns was the one to do the kick off. Alistair Acuna didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Arsenal's Alec Dias shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Vincenzo Smith hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Greg Browning took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alistair Acuna. Alistair Acuna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Alistair Acuna made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Alec Dias sent off a good shot on target. In the 70th minute, Greg Browning left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arsenal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Alistair Acuna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tyrell Kerns, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsenal were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Cincinnati Strikers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tyrell Kerns took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Percy Blake got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alistair Acuna quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cincinnati Strikers's goalkeeper Alistair Acuna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Cincinnati Strikers's zone, Tyrell Kerns stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alistair Acuna came out of the goal and Tyrell Kerns tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Loren Painter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the game, Alec Dias recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alistair Acuna. Alec Dias showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Tyrell Kerns received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alistair Acuna came out and tried to block the shot, but Tyrell Kerns slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 92nd minute. When the match was over Arsenal could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cincinnati Strikers throughout the match.
