Spectators: 6787 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wilton Ware took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, F.C. Rapid's Devon Little got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Willy Bower sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A hard shot 11 in the game by Luke Myles from a close distance when the talented Lucien Odom managed to make a qualified save. Woodcliff Lake FC's players were relieved. Luke Myles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucien Odom having to make a save. Arthur Rios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Stahl having to interfere. Richard Gomez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victor Stahl having to make a save. In the 23rd minute, Devon Lovell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Willy Bower dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucien Odom, 1-0. A collision led to Woodcliff Lake FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Derek Compton hit a great ball. Lucien Odom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willy Bower in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Rios in the 37th minute of play forced F.C. Rapid's goalkeeper Victor Stahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, D.J. Bartlett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Woodcliff Lake FC's Wilton Ware got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucien Odom made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Luke Myles sent off a good shot on target. If Willy Bower had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lucien Odom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willy Bower in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Willy Bower to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Luke Myles managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Rapid's supporters rose to their feet, but Luke Myles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucien Odom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Willy Bower came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the F.C. Rapid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Willy Bower couldn't finish the play. Willy Bower sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taylor Kimball kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. If Luke Myles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Luke Myles came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the F.C. Rapid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luke Myles couldn't finish the play. Lucien Odom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luke Myles, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Willy Bower scored 2-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucien Odom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Willy Bower fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucien Odom having to interfere. Wilbur Whitten took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Victor Stahl. F.C. Rapid's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arthur Rios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Victor Stahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Taylor Kimball recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. F.C. Rapid had won after a very even match.
