Willie Reilly came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Milan's Bradley Hawkins. But to his dismay, Bradley Hawkins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Darell Webb kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Cristopher Delarosa charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristopher Delarosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Everett Henley in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Darell Gallo saved AC Milan from getting behind. A collision led to Wood River FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Brendan Ferreira hit a great ball. Cristopher Delarosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willie Reilly having to interfere. Willie Reilly breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wood River FC's Ivan Sprague got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Darell Gallo was a little too slow when Everett Henley got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
