Chamberlayne's Tobiasz Harendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doug Haley in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Bowser in the 38th minute of play forced Chamberlayne's goalkeeper Tobiasz Harendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Doug Haley made a precise shot to the right of Tobiasz Harendarski. Chamberlayne's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Tobiasz Harendarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doug Haley in the 48th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgardo Bowser to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to livermore sc getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Doug Haley hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Kelly Emerson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Doug Haley came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the livermore sc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doug Haley couldn't finish the play. Tobiasz Harendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Bowser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shaun Weller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the game, Chamberlayne's Thurman Buddle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Winston Ladner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Doug Haley spun around in front of the goal 83 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Chamberlayne's goal. In the 90th minute, Edgardo Bowser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgardo Bowser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobiasz Harendarski having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
